A great blog post that does not have call to action is like a pintrest pin without a link or a tweet without a link. The above mentioned examples works, but the are not much effective like a pintrest with link or a tweet with a link. The same applies to a blog post without call to action and one with call to action.

An effective call to action removes confusion, making your blog reader to take the exact next step. This might be to sign up for an offer, go to a specific page or take a particular action on the page like e.g commenting on the present blog post.

Any blogger that really want to succeed have to make good use of call to action on their blog post.
